directly in CA Client. For details, refer to "Exchange Integration Setup" in the CA Client Quick Reference
Guide.
Conditions
CA Client users must have enabled Exchange Server Integration in the Options screen of CA Client to use
these features. For details, refer to the CA Client Quick Reference Guide.
To integrate CA with Exchange Server, the Exchange Server administrator account must be able to view
other users' Exchange calendars. For details, refer to "Microsoft Exchange Server Integration" in the CA
Client Quick Reference Guide.
Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and 2010 are supported for this feature. Exchange Server 2003 is not
supported.
To use Exchange features with CA Server, the computer running CA Server and the computer running
Exchange Server must be set to the same time.
Because CA Server acquires data from the Exchange Server every 5 minutes, there may be a delay of up
to 5 minutes between the start or end of an event in an Exchange calendar and the corresponding presence
change in CA Client.
