Stop the software activity and then press
eject.
Turn off power and disconnect the drive
from the power outlet, then insert a small
stick or paper clip into the Pin Hole Eject to
eject the tray.
Always use high-quality media.
Always handle discs with care and keep
them clean. Deep scratches, fingerprints, or
other contaminants on a disc's surface can
make it unreadable.
Remove the disc from the tray and reinsert
it with the label side up.
Use the same disc type of the source disc.
Insert a blank disc.
Contact the software supplier (or check the
appropriate website) to ensure that it supports your
drive.
Reinsert the disc label side up.
Ensure that 1.2 to 2 times the capacity of the write
data is available on hard disk. (Required capacity
