Replacing bulbs

High-beam headlamps
Switch off the lights.
X
Open the hood.
X
Turn housing cover : counter-clockwise and
X
remove it.
Push bulb holder ; upwards and pull out.
X
Pull defective bulb out of bulb holder ;.
X
Insert new bulb into bulb holder ;.
X
Insert bulb holder ; into groove with lug at
X
top.
Push bulb holder ; down until it engages
X
audibly.
Press on housing cover : and turn it clock-
X
wise.
Turn signals
Remove the cover in the front wheel housing
X
( page 118).
Y
Turn bulb holder : counter-clockwise using
X
the grip under the headlamp casing and
remove it downwards with bulb.
Turn defective bulb counter-clockwise and
X
remove it from bulb holder :.
Insert new bulb into bulb holder :.
X
Insert bulb holder :, turn it clockwise and
X
lock.
Replace the cover in the front wheel housing
X
( page 118).

Removing and installing the cover in the
front wheel housing
You must remove the cover of the front wheel
housing before you can change the front turn
signal lamp.
To remove: switch off the lights.
X
Turn the front wheels inwards.
X
Turn rotary knob : 180° outwards until it
X
stops using a suitable object.
Cover ; is released.
Fold cover ; up.
X
To install: insert cover ; into the left, right
X
and two lower catches.
Turn rotary knob : 180° inwards until it
X
stops using a suitable object.
Cover ; is locked.
