Battery Warning Message

Always use the system while the car
engine is running. If you turn on the sys-
tem while the engine is off, a battery warn-
ing message will appear. When the engine
starts, the message will disappear.
NOTICE
• If you use the system for a long time with
the engine off, the battery may become
completely empty.

Restrictions on Features for
Safety Measures
If you try to use such features as video
modes that distract you from driving, the
system turns the screen off or the func-
tion will be disabled and then the related
warning message will appear. Even when
the video is off, the audio player is not
affected. The restriction screen will disap-
pear when shifting gears into P or putting
the parking brake on.
