Common solutions

If you experience problems with your headphones:
• Power on the headphones (see page 8).
• Check the state of the status indicators (see page 13).
• Make sure your mobile device supports Bluetooth (see page 15).
• Charge the battery (see page 11).
• Increase the volume on your headphones, device and music app.
• Try connecting another device (see page 15).
If you could not resolve your issue, use the table below to identify symptoms and
solutions to common problems. If you are still unable to find a resolution, contact Bose
customer service.

Solution
• Make sure the Power/Bluetooth button is in the middle position
(see page 8).
• Charge the battery (see page 11).
• On your device:
– Turn the Bluetooth feature off and then on.
– Delete your headphones from the Bluetooth list on your
device. Pair again (see page 15).
• Move your device closer to the headphones and away from any
interference or obstructions.
• Pair a different device (see page 15).
• Visit: global.Bose.com/Support/OEW to see how-to videos.
• Clear the headphone pairing list (see page 18). Pair again.
