TO INSTALL GRINDING WHEEL CAUTION: DISCONNECT MACHINE FROM POWER CIRCUIT.
Move sander in long sweeping overlapping strokes as you go back and forth. Do not move sander in a circular motion or stay in one spot too long as this will produce swirls and an uneven finish. The weight of the sander applies sufficient pressure for fast stock removal.
CENTER. At approximately 100 hours of use, take or send your tool to your nearest Authorized Porter-Cable Service Station to be thoroughly cleaned and inspected; worn parts replaced, when necessary; relubricated with fresh lubricant, if required; reassembled with new brushes; and performance tested.
