Feeding Problems (stalled envelopes)
To clear stalled envelope in the feeder/WOW area:
4. Raise the feeder/WOW clearance lever.
IMPORTANT:

Do not remove mail without lifting the clearance lever.
5. Lower all levers and close the feeder/WOW cover.
