Storing Images

The camera can store pictures on its internal memory or on the Secure Digital (SD)
memory card provided by Alphameric Solutions.
When the memory card is inserted in the camera, it will be used for recording and play-
back. If the memory card is removed, the camera will use the internal memory.
The SD memory card has a greater storage capacity than the internal memory, therefore
more images can be stored before the memory is full.
Once the memory (memory card or internal) becomes full, pictures can be transferred
onto a personal computer (PC) for long term storage, and the images in memory can be
deleted to free up space.
Please Note: Additional SD memory cards can be purchased and used with
the FinePix camera.
1. To insert the memory card, ensure the camera is
turned off before opening the memory card slot
cover.
2. Insert the memory card into the slot in the
orientation shown, sliding it all the way in.
3. Close the memory card slot cover.
To remove the memory card, ensure the camera is
turned off before opening the memory card slot cover.
Gently press the memory card in and release it slowly.
Warning: The memory card may spring out if
you immediately remove your finger.
