low all directions in this Owner's Manual, particularly the infor-
mation under the headings "NOTICE", "CAUTION" and
"WARNING".

REPORTING SAFETY DEFECTS
If you believe your vehicle has a defect which could
cause an accident or could cause injury or death, you
should inform the National Highway Traffic Safety
Administration (NHTSA) immediately, in addition to noti-
fying Kia Motors America, Inc.
If NHTSA receives similar complaints, it may open an
investigation. A recall and remedy campaign may be
ordered if a safety defect exists in a group of vehicles.
However, NHTSA cannot become involved in individual
problems between you, your dealer, or Kia Motors
America, Inc.
