To select the Focus Mode:
1) Set the Mode Dial to the desired shooting mode.
2) Press the Down/Focus button repeatedly to toggle between the Focus Modes.
The selected Focus Mode icon appears on the LCD screen.

Description
Adjusts focus automatically.
Used when capturing images at a close distance.
Used when capturing images at long distance.

The camera detects the shooting condition and automatically
switches to the appropriate scene mode.
