Troubleshooting
If your phone appears following phenomenon in the process of application, please read following relative
information at first. If the problems still can not be solved, please contact with the distributor or service
provider.
Problem
No key beep on pressing keys.
When there is an incoming call, the prompt
ringer not rings.
No prompt tone at alarm time.
Messages cannot be sent.
Please check the setting of Key Beep in Settings.
Please check the setting of sound Alert Type and ringer Volume in
Settings.
Please check relative sound setting (see setting in Set alarm in Alarm
clock in Magic Box).
Please check the signal of network.
