    • Labor: For a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase, if DISH Network deter- mines that the equipment is defective subject to the limitations of this warranty, it will be replaced at no charge for labor.

  • Page 19 Equipment. TRANSFER OF ACCOUNT, SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT DISH Network may sell, assign or transfer your account to a third party without notice to you. You may not assign or transfer your Services without our written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

It is agreed that the rights and remedies provided under the terms and conditions of this Agreement to DISH Network in case of default or breach by you of this Agreement are cumulative and without prejudice to any other rights and remedies that DISH Network may have by reason of such default or breach by you at law, in equity, under contract or otherwise (all of which are expressly reserved).
