If the user of the Philips
Avent breast pump
requires continued
operation during power
mains interruptions, it
is recommended that
the Philips Avent breast
pump be powered
from an uninterruptible
power supply or a
battery.
Interruptible electric
supply can cause the
breast pump to turn
off. This is acceptable
as this will not lead to
unacceptable risks.
Power frequency

should be at levels
characteristic of a
typical location in a
typical residential or
hospital environment.
