The machine must be descaled.
The water filter is exhausted.
Too much coffee has been used.
The coffee beans have run out.
The pre-ground coffee funnel is clogged.
The infuser has not been replaced after
cleaning.
The milk container is not inserted correctly.
After preparing a milk drink, the lid must be
cleaned with the CLEAN function.
The froth adjustment dial in not in correct
position.
The hot chocolate carafe is not inserted
correctly.
The service door is open.
The descaling procedure described in the "De-
scaling" section needs to be performed as soon
as possible.
Replace the filter or remove it as described in
the section "Water filter".
Select a milder taste or reduce the quantity of
pre-ground coffee.
Fill the beans container
Empty the funnel with the help of the brush
as described in the section "Cleaning the pre-
ground coffee funnel".
Insert the infuser as described in the para-
graph "Cleaning the infuser".
Insert the milk container as far as it will go.
Turn the froth adjustment dial to CLEAN
Turn the froth adjustment dial in one of the
froth position.
Insert the hot chocolate carafe correctly.
Close the service door.
