Select the Extension number range.
If the defaults, 101-199, are to be kept then select "No change to default". If
1xxx, 2xxx, or 3xxx is selected, additional selections will be required.

If the Extension Start Range of 1xxx, 2xxx, or 3xxx was selected in the previous
step, click on the specific extension range to be used. Or choose "Back" to
make no choice and return to the previous screen.
