    Dialog 3213 Outgoing Calls Last external number redial When you initiate an external call the system automatically stores all the dialled digits, irrespective of whether the call was successful or not. Lift the handset Press to redial the saved number The last external number is automatically redialled.

    Dialog 3213 During Calls Consultation You have speech connection on Line 1 and want to make a consultation to an internal or external party. Press Consultation Note: You can also press Line 2. Call the second party The first party is put on hold (the Line 1 key lamp flashes slowly).
  • Page 11 Dialog 3213 During Calls Transfer You want to transfer an ongoing call. Consultation Press Call the second party Press before or after answer The ongoing call is transferred. Note: If you have put more than one call on hold, the last call that was put on hold will be transferred.

    Dialog 3213 Forwarding Call Forwarding Call Forwarding Call If you do not want to be disturbed or will be out of the office, you can have all calls to your extension forwarded to a pre-programmed answering position. During forwarding call you will hear a special dial tone and the Forwarding Call lamp indicates that your triple access line is forwarded.

  • Page 17 Dialog 3213 Forwarding Call Internal follow-me All calls to your extension are diverted to an extension of your choice (within the private network). During follow-me you will hear a special dial tone and the Forwarding Call lamp indicates that your triple access line has follow-me.

    Dialog 3213 Abbreviated Numbers Abbreviated Numbers Common abbreviated numbers By using abbreviated numbers, you can make calls simply by pressing a few keys. The common abbreviated numbers start at (7000- 7999) consist of 4 digits and are stored in the exchange (by the system administrator).
