LCR Function

If the LCR function is activated (

number than the one entered by the user (see "LCR function", page 209).
Users can be authorized through the user configuration to dial using network providers
of their own choice, contrary to the set LCR criteria (see "Bypassing LCR manually
(Forced Routing)", page 220).
If a network provider cannot be reached and the communication server detects this, it
will automatically try and reach an alternative network provider (provided that function
is activated). If a network provider cannot be reached and the communication server
does not detect this, the user has the possibility of dialling the alternative provider man-
ually using *90 (see "Alternative Routing (Fallback Routing)", page 216).

Emergency numbers

The system is equipped with emergency numbers, which can be used by all internal
users. Emergency calls are routed to a destination B preconfigured in the system con-
figuration.

A total of 10 emergency numbers can be created in the numbering plan. The emer-
gency numbers are used to quickly dial an emergency number destination.
All emergency call numbers dial global emergency destination 1. In the

=9r) view configure 1 switch group and 3 destination numbers for emer-
gency call destination 1. When an emergency call number is dialled one of the three
destination numbers is dialled based on the switch position of the assigned switch
group.
49 emergency destinations can be defined in addition to the global emergency destina-
tion. They are meant for individual assignment to terminals. If a terminal is assigned
such an emergency destination, one of the destination numbers of this emergency
destination is dialled while dialling an emergency call number, depending on the switch
position of the assigned switch group. Therefore, the emergency destination of the ter-
minal has priority over the global emergency destination.
