During the test, if a faulty condition is detected, the indicator on the Start/Pause (6) button
blinks and the faulty code is shown on display as given below. In case of multiple errors detected
at the same time, all errors will be displayed in order.
(*) If the machine has 3 Way valve, then this fault condition can be detected

10.1. Faulty Condıtıons
The machine is electronically controlled and some faulty conditions can be detected by the
electronics. These errors are detected not only in the functional test program but also during the
washing cycles. The previously detected errors are kept in memory and shown at the beginning of
functional test mode. At the start of functional test, there exists a step1, which resets the memory
and clears saved data of faults, which enables to understand if the same fault occurs during the
functional test again. At the end of the test there is another memory reset. There are mainly 6
errors as follows,
10.1.1. 3 Way Valve Position Error (4
If the machine has 3 Way valve, then this fault can be detected. 3Way Valve is the
component that diverts the water flow between the upper and lower trays independently. It is
driven by the electronics and the position of the valve is measured by a feedback signal. 3W Valve
Position Error occurs if the proper position signal could not be received from the valve. When the
error occurs, the electronics drives the valve until proper position signal is achieved.
Possible Causes:
a. Malfunction of 3W Valve
b. Disconnection on the lines between the electronics and the 3W Valve
10.1.2. NTC Fault (3
At the Heating step, if NTC resistance is measured as open / short circuit or beyond the
specified resistance values, then NTC fault can be detected.
Possible Causes:
a. Malfunction of NTC
b. Crack on the connection lines between electronics and NTC
