Check Pin 16 -23 of IC6

Connect HDMi cable to HDMi connector
Is voltage of 3.3V supplied to VDD pin of IC6?
Is voltage of 1.8V supplied to DVCC18 pin of IC6?
Check IC6 Pin 2 and 9. (Refer Figure 4)
