Getting Information Through Online Help

Your printer software has an extensive online help feature, which
provides you with instructions on printing, making printer driver
settings, and using printer utilities.
Refer to the appropriate section below.

Accessing help from your application

Open the File menu and choose Print or Print Setup. Then, click
Printer, Setup, Options, or Properties. (Depending on your
application, you may need to click a combination of these
buttons.) Click Help at the bottom of the Main, Paper, Layout, or
Utility menu for help related to the items on that menu.
For Windows 98, 95, 2000, and NT 4.0 users, you can get specific
help related to any item on a menu by right-clicking the item and
then clicking the What's This? command.

Printing with Windows
Select this check box to have a shortcut icon placed
in your Windows taskbar. Click the shortcut icon in the
taskbar to open EPSON Status Monitor 3. Right-click the
icon to display a shortcut menu, from which you can
access some of the printer utilities. To select which icon
will be displayed, click the icon your prefer from the
choices given; your selection will be displayed at the
right.
Select this check box to allow monitoring of a shared
printer by other computers.
