Replacing the Seawater Pump Impeller
1.
Remove the impeller with an impeller
removal tool (Figure 21, (1)).
2.
Install a new impeller and cap. If the cap
seal is hard or damaged, replace it.

Note: A spare impeller should be kept on-
board.
The impeller can become deformed during
long periods of inactivity. Replace or remove
the impeller before long periods of storage.
