注意 :
ミシンの不意の起動による人身の損傷を防ぐため、電源を切り、モータの回転が止まったことを確認してから行なってください。
また、エアコンプレッサーからのエアの供給も切断してください。

1. メスの噛み合い調整
1) 固定メス 1 と動メス 2 の噛み合わせが 0.5mm に
なるように調整します。
2) 噛み合わせを調整する場合は、止めねじ 4 を緩め、
メスホルダー 5 を上下させて調整してください。
2. クランプばねの圧力調整
1) 上飾り糸は糸切り後、 クランプばね 3 によって保持
されます。
2) 保持圧力はナット6 を緩め、 ねじ7を回転させるこ
とで調整できます。
3) 保持圧力は、 ねじ 7 を締めこむと強くなり、 ねじ 7
を緩めると弱くなります。
4) 調整後はナット 6 を締めてください。
5) 保持圧力は上飾り糸を保持する範囲で、できるだけ
弱くしてください。
3. 動メス剣先位置の調整
1) 針棒を最上点にしてください。
2) 段ねじ 8 を下げると動メス 2 も一緒に下がります。
3) 動メス 2 が最も下がった状態で、スプレッダー 9 下
面の凹部に動メス2フック部が入り、 上飾り糸を引っ
掛けるような位置に調整後、ねじ !0 ! 1 ! 2 を締めます。
4) ねじ!2 はメス上下位置調整、 ねじ!0 は メス左右位置
調整、ねじ !1 はメス角度調整用です。

動メス
の作動範囲において、押え、針、ス
プレッダ−など他部品との干渉がないことを
確認してください。
1. Adjusting the engagement of knives
1) Adjust so that the engagement of fixed knife 1 with
moving knife 2 is 0.5 mm.
2) When adjusting the engagement, loosen setscrews 4
and move knife holder 5 up or down to adjust.
2. Adjusting the pressure of clamp spring
1) Top covering thread is held with clamp spring 3 after
thread trimming.
2) Holding pressure can be adjusted by loosening nut 6
and turning screw 7.
3) Holding pressure is increased when tightening screw 7
and it is decreased when loosening screw 7.
4) After the adjustment, tighten nut 6.
5) Make the holding pressure as low as possible within the
range of holding the top covering thread.
3. Adjusting the position of the blade point of
moving knife
1) Bring the needle bar to its highest position.
2) When hinge screw 8 is lowered, moving knife 2lowers
together.
3) Adjust the moving knife to the position where the hook
section of moving knife 2 enters the concave of the bottom
surface of spreader 9 and catches the top covering thread
in the state that moving knife 2 is fully lowered. After the
adjustment, tighten screws !0 !1 and !2 .
