1.1 Connection Modes
The ZXR10 5900E supports several connection modes, see

Users can use different connection modes based on the network type. The connection
modes are as follows:

Console port: the primary mode for users to configure the ZXR10 5900E.
l
Telnet/SSH
in the network.
l
NM
workstation mode: If this mode is used, the corresponding NM software supporting
SNMP
l
TFTP/FTP
the ZXR10 5900E's configuration.

1.1.1 FTP Connection Configurations

The use of FTP is to improve the degree of sharing files by using a remote PC, which makes
the storage medium transparent for users and transports data reliably and efficiently.
