b. Lift the keyboard shield away from the keyboard.
5. To remove the keyboard:
a. Open the latches and disconnect the keyboard backlight cable [1] and keyboard cable [2] from
the system board.
b. Remove the screws that secure the keyboard to the computer [3].
c. Lift the keyboard away from the computer [4].
