Reset the Camera
To reset the GNC 701/710, press and hold the 'Reset' button for 10
seconds, then only release the 'Reset' button.
Troubleshooting
If...
The NVR cannot find
the camera
The camera does not
obtain an IP address
As the Uniden App is constantly under development to enrich user
experience, the icons/screens shown in this QSG may vary slightly from
the actual app. This QSG uses icons from the iPad app.

Try This...
Make sure your network supports DHCP
protocol.
Make sure that the DHCP option is turned on.
Make sure the camera and your NVR
connected to the same switch/router.
Make sure the switch/router is properly
powered on.
Make sure the camera is properly powered on.
Make sure the WiFi router has enabled SSID
broadcasting.
Please reset the camera and try again.
Make sure the camera was powered up
correctly.
Connect the camera directly to NVR.
Please test it with another Ethernet cable.
Make sure the camera has the same subnet
mask and gateway as the NVR/switch/router.
