Problems with the phone screen
Symptom
Dialling is not possible because
the touch panel keys for dialling
are inactive.
Problems with Advanced App Mode screen
Symptom
A black screen is displayed.
A message prompting reconnec-
tion is displayed.
The screen is displayed, but
operation does not work at all.
The radio audio is not output.
Problems with the Bluetooth connection
Symptom
An HFP connection can be
established, but an SPP
connection cannot be estab-
lished.

Your smartphone is out of range for
service.
The connection between the smart-
phone and this product cannot be es-
tablished now.
Cause
Tap [ Ignore ] in an application startup
message.
While operating an application, the
application was ended on the smart-
phone side.
The smartphone OS may be waiting for
screen operation.
A smartphone with a security function
was connected to this product.
The OS version installed is old.
An incompatible smartphone was
connected to this product.
An error has occurred.
The radio audio mixing is turned off.
Cause
An error may have occurred in the
AppRadio app.
An error may have occurred in this
product or the smartphone.
Action (Reference)
Retry after re-entering the range for
service.
Perform the connection process.

Launch the AppRadio app according to
the message.
Press the Home button and display the
Home screen.
Stop the vehicle in a safe place and check
the screen on the smartphone.
Unlock and reconnect the smartphone.
Upgrade the OS version.
Connect a compatible smartphone to
this product.
When an iPhone is connected, turn the
ignition switch off (ACC OFF) and then
turn it on again (ACC ON).
When an Android device is connected,
disconnect the Bluetooth connection
from this product and then reconnect it.
Turn on the radio audio mixing.

Turn the Bluetooth function of the
smartphone off and then turn it on
again.
Force-quit the AppRadio app on the
smartphone and start it again.
Turn the smartphone off and then turn it
