Volume to MIN (0)

Procedure:
1. Apply a COLOR BAR pattern
2. Connect the negative lead of the digital voltmeter to TPGND1 (cold ground).
3. Connect the positive lead of the digital voltmeter to each test point and confirm the B+ voltages.
