a) Tray fails to come out/go in.

* If it failed to open (head and tray contacting each other),
open it after removing the chucking unit.
2) Turn OFF the power and force the tray to go in fully and
close.
3) With the power turned ON, open and close the tray to
check if the tray close completely.
b) No sound generated, Sound cut during play.
( but time display advances properly)
