Speed Dialing
The speed dial hotkeys (also known as Mkey and BLF keys), located to the right side of the phone, are used
to dial preconfigured commonly dialed numbers. Use the function to dial a number quickly, instead of
keying in the full number. See Configuring the Phone "Speed Dial" and "Web Speed Dial and Busy Lamp
Field (BLF) Configuration".
To call a number using speed dialing, follow the steps below:
1. Press the speed dial memory hotkey that has been assigned to the contact phone number.
The speed dial number locations are as indicated as follows:
Redialing
To quickly dial a number diale
1. Press the Redial function key. The LCD displays dialed numbers in call history.

Answering Calls
A ringing tone
and a blinking red light on the incoming call LED indicates an incoming call. You can answer
a call by doing
any one of the following:

Pick up the handset.

Press the Speaker key on the phone.

Press the Answer soft key o

Press the Headset key on the phone (if there is a headset connected

If a call has been missed the LCD screen will display "Missed Call".
