CHAPTER 7: REMOTE VIEWING FROM A COMPUTER
User: add or modify system users from this panel.
Add: create a new user in the system and set up a User Name and
Password.
Modify: adjust the credentials and/or permissions of an existing user.
Basic: standard permissions granted to the selected user.
Authority: give control to modify permission settings for various
system parameters.
Alarm: create or alter alarm rules and settings.
Motion: alarms based on motion detected in video.
Enable: turn the alarm function on or off.
Sensitivity: make changes to the motion sensor sensitivity.
Area: select a specific portion of the viewing area that will set off
an alarm when motion is detected.
Schedule: adjust the time and frequency for when alarm
notifications are received.
Trigger: configure what each alarm does: start recording, take a
snapshot, etc.
Video Loss: this alarm will alert you when a loss of video signal
from the camera is detected.
IP Address Conflict: receive notifications when your device address
conflicts with others on the network.
