STEP 19:
Place one 3-1/2" PULLEY (23) into the loop
the CABLE (25) below the first and second
PULLEY of the TOP BOOM (2) as shown
FIGURE 19.
LOOSELY assemble t~'o 1-3/4 X 5-I/4"
PLATES (I 7) to each side of the PULLEY
using one 3/8 X 2" BOLT (29) and one 3/8"
LOCK.NUT (36). See FIGURE 19.

STEP 18:
Create a loop in the CABLE (25) then
the CABLE (25) around the groove of a 3-1/
2" PULLEY (213) ~md SECURELY assemble
the PULLEY (23) to the TOP BOOM (2)
using one 3/8 X 2-3/4" BOLT (25), two
FLANGE SPACERS (42), and one 3/8"
LOCK N'UT (36). See FIGURE 18.
Attach the CABLE (25) from the TOP BOOM
(2) to the CARI~I/~GE (3) ~ld~g on QUICK
LINK (38) as shovm in HGURE 18.
