CHAPTER 7: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Malfunction
Possible Cause
Unit turned off
Damaged power cord

Adjust belt tension

hesitates or slips

Lubricate running belt
Corrective Action
Verify the On/Off switch is at the ON position
Replace power cord
Inspect power connection at the unit and outlet
Using a voltmeter verify power at outlet
The location of the circuit breaker is next to the On/Off
switch. Verify the circuit breaker is not open. If the breaker is
open reset.
Replace power cord
Inspect power connection at the unit and outlet
Re-engage the safety/e-stop key to the console
Verify output voltage from 20A outlet with a voltmeter
Contact True Fitness Customer Service Department

User weight must be over 90lbs. Verify No User Present
settings in console.
