Malfunction
No Power
Unit resets or pauses

Drive belt may be misaligned
Transmitter belt contacts are not
making good contact with the skin
Contacts on the transmitter belt are
not moist
Transmitter belt is not within 3 feet (1
meter) of the heart rate receiver

Corrective Action
Verify the On/Off switch is at the ON Position
Replace Power Cord
Inspect power connection at the unit and outlet
Use a voltmeter to verify power at outlet
The location of the circuit breaker is next to the On/
Off switch. Verify the circuit breaker is not open. If
the breaker is open reset.
Replace power cord
Inspect power connection at the unit and outlet
Re-engage the safety/e-stop key to the console
Verify output voltage from 20A outlet with a voltmeter

User weight must be over 90lbs. Verify No User Pres-
ent settings in console.
Adjust treadmill with rear leveling feet. See Chapter 5:
Running Belt Alignment

Adjust belt tracking. See Chapter 5: Centering the
Running Belt
Inspect under the unit. Remove and object that may
be under the unit.

Re-adjust the transmitter belt so that it is in full con-
tact with the skin
Moisten the contacts on the transmitter belt
Adjust your position on the belt so that you are within
3 feet (1 meter) of the console
