9.2 Why is my HUAWEI MediaPad M1 8.0 's storage
different than what is advertised?
The advertised storage is the internal storage, about 3.5 GB of which is used to store system
files. The storage space displayed on your HUAWEI MediaPad M1 8.0 is the remaining
storage space used to store installed applications, downloaded files, and temporary data
generated by applications.
9.3 How do I view the available storage space in my
internal storage and microSD card?

Your installed applications, downloaded files, and temporary data generated by applications
are saved to the default storage location of your HUAWEI MediaPad M1 8.0.
To view the default storage location, on the home screen, touch
Default storage location. You can then view the default storage location from the displayed
dialog box.
