    Huawei Share Share Local Files Between Devices You can use Huawei Share to quickly share files between Huawei devices. The recipient can preview the files before agreeing to accept them and view the full content of the files after receiving them.     Wi-Fi. Transfer Data Using Wi-Fi Direct You can use Wi-Fi Direct to transfer data between Huawei devices. Wi-Fi Direct allows you to transfer large files to a nearby device more quickly than Bluetooth and without having to pair the devices.

    Settings When the ambient lighting is of a warm colour temperature, the screen will take on a yellowish tint; when the ambient lighting is of a cold colour temperature, the screen will take on a whitish tint. Enable Dark Mode You can enable Dark mode to apply a darker colour scheme, which helps prevent excessive screen light from irritating your eyes and saves battery power.

Set a Lock Screen Password You can set a PIN, pattern, or password for unlocking your device. Go to Settings > Biometrics & password and touch Lock screen password. Follow the onscreen instructions to enter a PIN or touch Change unlock method to select your preferred password type.

    Settings Enable Smart Charge Smart Charge learns from your charging habits and manages the charging process intelligently. This feature reduces the battery wear level and prolongs the battery life by reducing the time your device spends fully charged. It is advised that you keep this feature enabled.

    Password Vault saves your usernames and passwords and autofills them for you each time you log in to an app. This data is hardware encrypted and stored only on your device. Huawei does not have access to it, and will not upload it to the network or server.

    Settings Enable Smart Unlock Smart Unlock enables you to unlock your device with a Bluetooth device, such as a smart band, without a password, fingerprint, or facial authentication. Pair your device with the Bluetooth device. After the pairing is successful, the Bluetooth device name will be displayed in the Paired devices list on the Bluetooth settings screen.
