Factory Reset if you have forgotten your PIN, password or unlock
pattern
Power down the handset. Keeping the volume Up button held in,
power up the handset to get into Android Recovery Mode. Press
the Power Key to select then use the Volume keys to highlight wipe
data/Factory reset. Press the volume Up to Select. Then use the
Volume keys to highlight Yes from the next menu to clear all
accounts and reset your device. To action press volume Up.
