Using the operating valve

• Place the valve (A) on the steam release conduit (C) by aligning the
pictogram with the valve position tab (D)

• Position the valve 1 pictogram opposite the positioning mark (D).
To cook meat, fish and frozen food

• Press the operating valve (A) and align its
positioning mark (D)

• Clip the tripod (J) under the steaming basket (I)
• Place the steaming basket (I) in the bottom of the pressure cooker

• Fill the pressure cooker with water, up to the 2/3rds mark (M).
• Close the pressure cooker.
• Fit the operating valve (A) and set it to position
• Place your pressure cooker on a heat source set to maximum power.
• When steam starts to escape from the valve, reduce the heat and
time off 20 minutes.
