3. Install Windows 95 Display Driver
Insert the ASUS AGP-V1326 installation CD.
The ASUS AGP-V1326 Install Shell will appear.
If it does not appear, run D:\setup.exe. You will
be presented with a list of install options.
Click Install Windows 95 Display Driver. The
setup program's Welcome dialog box appears.
Click Next > to select the setup type of your choice.
To accept either Typical or Compact Setup Type
and default Destination Directory (to change the
destination, click Browse, then either type a path
or select a folder from the list, and then click
OK to continue), click Next and then follow the
onscreen instructions to finish your setup.
If you opted for a Custom setup, you will be
prompted to Select Components that you want
to install. Click the components that you want to
install, click Next> and then follow the onscreen
instructions to finish your setup.
After setup has completed copying files to your
computer, you must restart Windows or your
computer before you can take advantage of the
AGP-V1326 features.
After restarting, the display driver will initially
run on 640 x 480 x 256 colors, 60 NI (non-inter-
laced). Three additional items may be added to
your Display Properties, namely, Display
Modes, TV Output, or Gamma Correction, de-
pending on your mode setting.
For the ASUS AGP-V1326 display utilities, an ASUS AGP-V1326 Vx.xx (default
program folder) program group will be created and shown onscreen. Three icons
will be created in the program group:
(1) Multimedia Manager: Creates a shortcut bar on your desktop for single-click
access to the ASUS AGP-V1326 Vx.xx display utilities.
(2) Center Screen: Allows you to adjust the position of the display on the screen.
(3) SiS help: Provides some information about the driver and utilities.
