4. Display Utilities

To run the display utilities, right-click your Windows 95 desktop, then select Properties
from the list. The Display Properties dialog box will appear with either or all of these items
added, depending on your setup: Display Modes, TV Output, or Gamma Correction.

4.1 Display Modes

The Display Modes tab allows you to set the color palette or depth, resolution, font
size, and refresh rate.

4.2 TV Output

The TV Output tab will be added if your AGP-V1326 came with either S-Video or
Composite connector or both, you had connected your TV to one of these connec-
tors (S-Video provides better quality) and turned it on, and you are in either of these
modes: 640 x 480 x 60Hz for NTSC or 800 x 600 x 50Hz for PAL.
Only one of these list boxes
will appear, depending on the
TV standard that you will be
using. For NTSC, select
either 640x480 or 640 x 480
(UnderScan). For PAL, select
either 640 x 480, 720 x 540,
800 x 600, or 800 x 600
(UnderScan).
Adjusts the position of the
screen on your TV
Tunes your color TV to get
color if it appears black-
and-white.
NOTE: If TV output is turned on, the display frame rate would be forced to 60Hz for NTSC and
50Hz for PAL. Only when you turn off TV output and close Display Properties then enter
Display Properties again will Display Modes be available to let you set other frame rates.
