Zooming In and Out on a Web Page

To zoom in on a region on a Web page, tap twice quickly or pinch and zoom.
Once you have zoomed in, you can swipe left, right, up, or down to move about the page.
When you move around the page, a pair of magnifying glass icons appears in the lower left corner of the screen. Tap
the magnifying glass with a plus sign (+) to zoom in further. Tap the magnifying glass with a minus sign (-) to zoom out.
You can also zoom out by tapping twice.

Setting Your Web Browser's Home Page

A home page is the first page displayed when you start your Web browser. By default, the home page is set to a
Barnes & Noble Web page with useful information about your NOOK Color. You can change your home page to be
whatever Web page you like.
To change your home page, do this:
1.
Tap the Options menu to open it.
2.
Tap the menu choice More options.
The Options menu closes and a new pop-up menu opens.
3.
Tap the menu choice Settings.
4.
On the Settings screen, tap the menu option Set home page.
The Web browser opens a dialog box.
5.
Do one of the following:
If you want to make the current page your Home Page, tap the Use current page button, or
Enter the URL of the Web page you want to configure as your home page.
6.
Click OK.

Configuring Privacy Settings for Your Web Browser

The Settings screen of your Web browser includes a list of privacy settings. The privacy settings include the following:
Clear cache
Clear history
Accept cookies (turned on by default)
Clear all cookies*
Remember form data (turned on by default)
Clear form data*
Enable location (allows sites to request information about your location)
Clear location access*
The settings marked with an asterisk above open a dialog box to confirm that you want to perform an action.
To configure the privacy settings for your browser, do this:

Tap the Options menu to open it.
