Battery compartment:
Insert 4 or 8 type LR6 (AA) batteries (included) . When using
4 batteries, these can be inserted either in the top or bottom half of
the battery compartment . Other combinations are not possible .
DC connection:
An external power supply can be applied via the DC connection (input
6 V, at least 1 .5 A . Mains adaptor is not included) .
5. Inserting The Batteries
1 . Open the protective cover of the battery compartment by pulling
the clamps at the top slightly inwards before lifting off the cover .
2 . Insert 4 or 8 fully charged batteries; when using 4 batteries, these
can be inserted either in the top or bottom half of the battery
compartment . Other combinations are not possible .
3 . Close the battery compartment again with the protective cover .
Note:
1 . Please remove the batteries if low or out of power as this might
damage the camera due to electrolyte leakage .
2 . The camera can be operated via an external power supply . A 6 V
power supply with at least 1 .5 A is required .
3 . Rechargeable batteries cannot be recharged in the camera using
an external power supply .
