player's running the latest firmware. A quick update can make a huge difference.

whenever a firmware update is available.

1. USB: Download the newest firmware (RUF File) from www.samsung.com/bluraysupport or wwwsamsung.com to a USB flash drive.
2. CD : Download the newest firmware (ISO image) from wwwsamsung.com/bluraysupoort or www.samsung.com.
Burn it to a CD which you then play in your player.
3. Ethernet: You can connect the LAN jack on the rear of the player to your modem and download the firmware directly from our
website.
