– Prepare flanges on body and new parts for welding.

Check dimensional accuracy with bumper guide and recess.
– Prepare joints for adhesive application.
Note:
Refer to General notes on bonding.
– Apply adhesive.
– Punch flanges.
Note:
Use clamps.
– Fit solid rivets in side panel and rear cross panel.
