Problems
Should any problem persist, contact your dealer.
Problem
Phone will not
switch on.
Extremely
short battery
life for a new
battery.
Short battery
life for an old
battery.
The battery
charge level
indicator does
not appear
and the phone
cannot be
switched on
when
charging.
Battery fails to
charge.
Cause
The network you
are using and the
condition of the
battery can affect
battery life.
The battery has
worn out.
The battery is not
attached to the
phone or the battery
has been deeply
discharged.
The battery is not
attached to the
phone.
The battery was
connected to the
phone after the
charger was
connected.
Remedy
Check that the battery is fully
charged and correctly connected
to the phone.
Replace with a new fully charged
battery.
Leave the phone charging the
battery for a few minutes before
the battery charge level indicator
appears and attempt to switch the
phone on.
Ensure the battery is fitted to the
phone prior to commencing
charging.
