Sets the interval for
Off
automatic printing of
the Fax Journal.
The Fax Journal is a
list of information
Every 50 Faxes*
about your last 200
incoming and
outgoing faxes.
Every 6 Hours
Every 12 Hours

Every 7 Days
Sets the machine to
On
send faxes to your
Off*
PC. If you choose On,
you can turn on the
safety feature
Backup Print.
If you turn on the PC-
Fax Receive feature
and your machine
stores received faxes
in memory, you can
print a fax from the
memory.
You can check which

jobs are in the
memory and lets you
cancel scheduled
jobs.
If you are having

difficulty sending or
receiving a fax due to
Basic(for VoIP) Cuts the modem
possible interference
on the telephone line,
adjust the
equalization for

reduce the modem

print the report
manually from the
Print Reports menu.

when the machine
