Let’s get started If you don’t have cable Internet service, please order that from your cable service provider. Now connect your MG7550 as shown on the next panel. Troubleshooting Tips What if I can’t make an Internet connection right after installation? • First turn your MG7550 off for at least 8 seconds, then on, to see if that fixes the problem. • Check the connections you’ve made to your MG7550. Power and coax connections are required, and up to 4 Ethernet connections are optional. - Page 11 This lets you see whether your home’s cabling is a problem. • If you’re using a splitter with your MG7550, try the MG7550 without the splitter to see if that helps. If it does, you may need to get a better splitter.
