Make sure that the misfeed indicator goes off after removing a paper

misfeed. The misfeed indicator will not go off if the paper is still jammed in
the copier. Check again and remove all misfed paper.
When a paper misfeed has
occurred
# Paper Misfeed Indicator will light.
$ Paper misfeed message will
ZOOM
(50~20 appear in the message display.

PAPER TRAY
# Open the sheet bypass.
$ Push the button.
% Open the right cover.
Open the front panel.
Do not open the front panel first. It can
not be opened unless you open the
covers shown at procedure 1.
# Turn the knob.
$ Remove the misfed paper.

$ Close the right cover. (See page 9)
% Close the sheet bypass.
