<Setting the DIP switch>
Generally, EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) - which stipulates display formats such as resolutions - is used
to enable communication between a PC, a display device (such as a monitor), and a projector for plug-and-display
operations. The EDID information is normally stored in the ROM of the display device.
As SRX-series projectors can handle many different computer display formats, it is required to have many EDIDs. The
projector therefore has two ROMs (actually they are on the DVI input module), and stores the EDIDs on the ROMs.
The stored EDID can be selectively recalled depending on the setting by the DIP switch.
In order to switch between the different ROMs, Switch 1 and Switch 2 must be at the same position. To use the
EDID on ROM 1, set both Switch 1 and Switch 2 to ON (slide them backward), or to use the EDID on ROM2, set
them to OFF (slide them forward).

DDC (Display Data Channel), the projector can receive the above
