Cleaning

Clean plastic parts with a clean and dry cloth.
Do not use a high pressure washer to clean the machine.
Never flush water directly on the engine.
Never clean the battery or the battery charger with water.
Clean the machine after use.
Brush leaves, grass and the like off of the lawn mower.
Do not wash the machine with water, as water can
enter the battery or the motor and cause damage to
the machine or short circuit.
If the battery connector on the machine is dirty, clean it
by blowing them with compressed air or use a soft brush.
Make sure the battery and battery charger are clean
and that the terminals on the battery and the battery
charger are always clean and dry before the battery is
placed in the battery charger.
Keep the battery guide tracks clean.

Cutting equipment

Check the cutting attachment for damage or cracks. A
damaged cutting attachment should always be replaced.
Always ensure the cutter is well ground and balanced
correctly.
WARNING! Always wear heavy-duty
!
gloves when servicing and maintaining
the cutting equipment. The blade is very
sharp and cuts can occur very easily.
CAUTION! The blades should be balanced after
sharpening.
Damaged blades should be replaced when hitting
obstacles that result in a breakdown.
Replacing the blades
WARNING! Prevent unintentional start by
!
turning the safety key to '0', removing the
battery and waiting at least 5 seconds.
Dismantling:
Unscrew the screw holding the blade.
Remove the old blade. Make sure the blade bracket is
free of damage. Also check that the blade screw is
undamaged and that the engine shaft is not bent.
MAINTENANCE
Assembly:
The blade must be mounted with the angled ends
pointing up towards the cover.
Make sure the cutter centres correctly on the shaft.
Fit the washer and tighten the blade screw correctly.
The screw should be tightened with a torque of 20
Nm.
Pull the blade around by hand and make sure it
rotates freely.
Test run the machine.

your capability. If you still feel uncertain about operating

consult an expert before continuing. Contact an
authorised service workshop.
