Procedure
- Initial check -
Are there errors such as use of parts in different
specifications, attachment error, damage,
transformation, dirt, or foreign object?
1 - Major check parts -
HARNESS ASSY AC IN (PL5.1.46), FRAME ASSY
FRONT (PL8.1.1), REGISTRATION ASSY (PL4.1.30),
PLATE HV 1 (PL4.1.4), Drum/toner cartridge
(PL10.1.2), PWBA MCU XFABK(B) (PL9.1.25)
Is this device grounded exactly?

Is there equipment that generates noise around this
device?

- HARNESS ASSY AC IN check -
4 Is the earth cable of the inlet securely fixed to the
CHASSIS BASE?
- PLATE HV 1 check -
Is the PLATE HV 1 transformed? Otherwise, does the

plate HV 1 normally come into contact with the Drum/
toner cartridge?
- FRAME ASSY FRONT check -
6 Is the electric path in the FRAME ASSY FRONT
connected normally?
- REGISTRATION ASSY check -
7 Is the electric path in the REGISTRATION ASSY
connected normally?
- Drum/toner cartridge replacement check -
8 Does this error recur after the defective Drum/toner
cartridge is replaced with a normal one?
- PWBA MCU XFABK(B) replacement check -
9 Does this error recur after the defective PWBA MCU
XFABK(B) is replaced with a normal one?
Is each part in this device grounded securely?

Recheck the Major check parts listed in the Initial check

item, and the related parts. Is an error detected?
